Navigator Energy Services, through its affiliate Navigator Borger Express, LLC, recently began upfront engineering, impact studies and feasibility activities associated with the Borger Express Pipeline, an approximately 195-mile crude oil pipeline traversing seven counties in the Texas and Oklahoma panhandles. The Borger Express Pipeline will provide a regional refinery with critical access to crude oil originating from the Cushing, Oklahoma storage hub, providing significant economic impact to the surrounding areas.
